Born from a love for the place we call home, Crested Roots is a locally-owned apparel and gear brand from Lake Norman, North Carolina. Our mission is to craft high-quality, beautifully designed goods that celebrate the adventurous spirit of our state—from the high crests of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the deep roots of our coastal heritage.

Founders’ Journey: From Carolina Trails to Custom Gear
Our story began amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Carolinas. Inspired by the rugged trails of the Appalachian Mountains and the serene beauty of the coastal shores, we wanted to create a brand that embodies the spirit of nature and adventure. We noticed a gap: quality outdoor gear and nature-inspired apparel that truly reflected the unique character of our region. So, we set out to create Crested Roots, LLC, a place where fellow adventurers could find both the gear they need and the apparel that speaks to their love of the outdoors.
