We're a small business that's big on quality. To ensure every piece of gear meets our standards and to reduce environmental waste, every Crested Roots item is printed especially for you after you place your order. This means we can't offer exchanges, but we stand firmly behind the quality of our products and are here to help if something isn't right.
Getting the Perfect Fit:
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for sizing issues. We strongly encourage you to:

Check the sizing chart. Every product page has a detailed sizing chart. Please take a moment to measure a favorite shirt from home and compare it to the chart to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Returns for a Refund:
If you're not happy with your order for a reason other than sizing, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Our Quality Guarantee: What If We Made a Mistake?
Every order is inspected, but we're human. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is otherwise incorrect, we will make it right immediately.
Please email us at crabtree@crestedroots.com within 6 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away at no cost to you.
