Refund/Return Policy

Thanks for your Crested Roots order! Love it? Let us know. Need help? We're here.

  1. In the event that you would like to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date by submitting the contact form below and we'll send you a Return Authorization form to start the return process.

  2. If you can, reuse the original packaging (helping the planet). You'll be responsible for the shipping.

  3. We will process your return within 2-3 weeks of receiving it and as long as your item is in new condition, we will issue a full credit.

Things to Remember:

  • Credits are issued back to your original payment method (customer is responsible for return shipping cost).

  • We will keep you up-to-date on your return status.

  • Ensure the item is unused and it is in resalable shape.
